Tuesday Night Intervals

p.m. Hutton Moor Leisure Centre
Interval
training on the grass at Hutton Moor during the Summer and on Weston Beach in
the Winter (still meet at Hutton Moor). After
a gentle warm-up, we then run a session of repetitions over various distances, with
recovery intervals between them. If
you are really looking to improve your times, this session will do it for you.
The training is structured so that whatever your standard you will not be
left behind. Work as hard as you
like or take it easy – it’s up to you.
